从规则修改的背景关系、规则修改应遵循的条件、近三届奥运会规则所作出的修改及近期国际排联所进行的试验等方面进行研究，依据研究结果对下一奥运周期的排球竞赛规则修改进行了预测。研究发现，规则修改的核心是：在保持排球比赛特有的竞赛风格下，尽可能促进攻防平衡，延长比赛净时间，让排球飞起来。
從規則脩改的揹景關繫、規則脩改應遵循的條件、近三屆奧運會規則所作齣的脩改及近期國際排聯所進行的試驗等方麵進行研究，依據研究結果對下一奧運週期的排毬競賽規則脩改進行瞭預測。研究髮現，規則脩改的覈心是：在保持排毬比賽特有的競賽風格下，儘可能促進攻防平衡，延長比賽淨時間，讓排毬飛起來。
종규칙수개적배경관계、규칙수개응준순적조건、근삼계오운회규칙소작출적수개급근기국제배련소진행적시험등방면진행연구，의거연구결과대하일오운주기적배구경새규칙수개진행료예측。연구발현，규칙수개적핵심시：재보지배구비새특유적경새풍격하，진가능촉진공방평형，연장비새정시간，양배구비기래。
Researches have been carried out on aspects of the background of rule modification, conditions which should be followed when the rule is modified, and those modifications of the rules in the recent three Olympic Games as well as recent tests carried by FIVB and so on. Based on those results, modifications of volleyball rules in the next cycle of Olympic Games are predicted. It is found that the core of modification is to promote the offensive and defensive balance as far as possible in maintaining the unique style of the volleyball game, extend the time of game, and keep volleyball flying.
