加入WTO，给我国外向型农业的发展带来了机遇。外向型农业的发展需要强有力的资金支持，但金融支农功能缺失和服务弱化已成为制约我国外向型农业发展的主要因素。本文从合作金融的视角，分析了我国合作性金融支持外向型农业存在的不足，在借鉴国外成功经验的基础上，提出加强我国合作性金融支农力度、促进外向型农业发展的对策。

Joining the WTO brought the opporttmities for export-oriented agriculture in China. The development of export-oriented agriculture requires financial support, but at present, the shortage function of finance supporting agriculture and the weak services become the major factors that restraint the development of export-oriented agriculture in China. This paper analyzes the deficiency in cooperating finance supports export-oriented based on cooperating finance, draws foreign experience and gives the countermeasures on strengthening the support of cooperating finance to export-oriented agriculture.
