受产业结构调整、城市化进程推进及消费需求升级等环境因素的影响,我国的城市社区商业正处于转型过程中。针对社区商业普遍存在的规划不足、重视程度不够、管理缺失、业态配置不合理及发展不均衡等问题,在加强社区商业的建设和管理上,应坚持“转变观念、明确主体、规划为先、快速推进”的方针。

수산업결구조정、성시화진정추진급소비수구승급등배경인소적영향,아국적성시사구상업정처우전형과정중。침대사구상업보편존재적규화불족、중시정도불구、관리결실、업태배치불합리급발전불균형등문제,재가강사구상업적건설화관리상,응견지“전변관념、명학주체、규화위선、쾌속추진”적방침。
Influenced by the adjustment of industrial structure, the boost of urbanization, the upgrade of consumption de- mand, etc., China's urban community commerce is now in the process of transition. Problems widely exist in community commerce such as underestimated programming, inadequate recognition, imperfect management, unreasonable format distribution, unbalanced development, etc. Accordingly, it is convinced to uphold the principle of "transformed idea, definite mission, good plan and quick promotion" to strengthen the construction and management of community commerce.
