“小吃”的内涵随时代进展而不断丰富和演变,这容易造成小吃内涵和概念的认识模糊,影响小吃餐饮业的经营和发展。在讨论汉语词典“小吃”词目释义基础上,结合当前小吃经营实际,与时俱进,讨论小吃内涵和经营。
“小喫”的內涵隨時代進展而不斷豐富和縯變,這容易造成小喫內涵和概唸的認識模糊,影響小喫餐飲業的經營和髮展。在討論漢語詞典“小喫”詞目釋義基礎上,結閤噹前小喫經營實際,與時俱進,討論小喫內涵和經營。
“소흘”적내함수시대진전이불단봉부화연변,저용역조성소흘내함화개념적인식모호,영향소흘찬음업적경영화발전。재토론한어사전“소흘”사목석의기출상,결합당전소흘경영실제,여시구진,토론소흘내함화경영。
With the development of times, the connotation of snacks is continually enriched and evolved. This is prone to a vague understanding on the connotation and the concept of snacks, which influences the management and development of snack catering. Based on the discussion of the entry "snack" in Chinese dictionary, combined with the actual management of snacks, this paper discusses the connotation and the management of snacks.
