本文厘正了若干流动性过剩认识误区，阐释了流动性、流动性资产和流动性过剩的本质与定义，测算了近年来中国流动性过剩的规模和程度，得出了近年来中国流动性过剩并不严重、流动性过剩与经济过热之间不存在因果关系，以及2007年和2008年上半年中国宏观经济调控政策取向值得反思等若干结论。
本文釐正瞭若榦流動性過剩認識誤區，闡釋瞭流動性、流動性資產和流動性過剩的本質與定義，測算瞭近年來中國流動性過剩的規模和程度，得齣瞭近年來中國流動性過剩併不嚴重、流動性過剩與經濟過熱之間不存在因果關繫，以及2007年和2008年上半年中國宏觀經濟調控政策取嚮值得反思等若榦結論。

This paper corrected some misunderstanding on excess liquidity. It explained and distinguished the nature and the definition between the liquidity, the assets liquidity and the liquidity surplus. Then it measured the scale and the degree of excess liquidity in China. Finally, it concluded that the excess liquidity was not as serious as people＇ s imagination and there was no causal rehtionship between the overheating economy and the excess liquidity. Thus, it derived that there were some policy deviation in the macro- economic regulation and control during 2007 and first half year 2008.
