自从知识经济概念提出以来，知识管理和知识经营已经成为一门科学，正在向知识系统工程和知识科学发展，而知识经营也已经被很多企业作为21世纪企业发展的制胜之道而纳入战略规划。由于信息技术革新速度的日渐加快，知识经营在IT企业更是起着举足轻重的作用，必须加以整体规划。从平衡计分卡的4个视角出发，提出了一种新的IT企业知识经营的战略构建和评估方法，旨在为IT企业实施和评估知识经营战略提供参考。
自從知識經濟概唸提齣以來，知識管理和知識經營已經成為一門科學，正在嚮知識繫統工程和知識科學髮展，而知識經營也已經被很多企業作為21世紀企業髮展的製勝之道而納入戰略規劃。由于信息技術革新速度的日漸加快，知識經營在IT企業更是起著舉足輕重的作用，必鬚加以整體規劃。從平衡計分卡的4箇視角齣髮，提齣瞭一種新的IT企業知識經營的戰略構建和評估方法，旨在為IT企業實施和評估知識經營戰略提供參攷。

From the appearance of the concept of knowledge economy,knowledge management has becoming a course and is developing toward the system engineering and knowledge science. Knowledge management has been brought into strategy plan by enterprises as one of the core competencies. Because of the fast innovation of the information and technology, knowledge management is playing a significant role in the IT enterprises and has to be planed as a whole. This paper provides a new approach for IT enterprises to design and evaluate the knowledge management strategy and provides reference for IT enterprises to implement and evaluate their own knowledge management strategies.
