《劳动合同法》的颁布和实施引发了广泛的社会争议。文章通过对金华市婺城区百家企业员工的问卷调查，调查分析了企业员工对《劳动合同法》的关注、认知和评价情况，以及《劳动合同法》对企业员工的工作、合同签订、依法维权等方面的影响，并依此提出了改进《劳动合同法》宣传和贯彻落实工作的建议和方法。
《勞動閤同法》的頒佈和實施引髮瞭廣汎的社會爭議。文章通過對金華市婺城區百傢企業員工的問捲調查，調查分析瞭企業員工對《勞動閤同法》的關註、認知和評價情況，以及《勞動閤同法》對企業員工的工作、閤同籤訂、依法維權等方麵的影響，併依此提齣瞭改進《勞動閤同法》宣傳和貫徹落實工作的建議和方法。
《노동합동법》적반포화실시인발료엄범적사회쟁의。문장통과대금화시무성구백가기업원공적문권조사，조사분석료기업원공대《노동합동법》적관주、인지화평개정황，이급《노동합동법》대기업원공적공작、합동첨정、의법유권등방면적영향，병의차제출료개진《노동합동법》선전화관철락실공작적건의화방법。
The promulgation and enforcement of The Labor Contract Law of the People＇s Republic of China （2007） has given rise to much controversy. The present paper, based on a questionnaire administered among employees of 100 enterprises in the Wucheng District, Jinhua City, investigates the latter＇ s awareness and evaluation of the Law as well as the impact of the Law upon employees＇ work, contract signing, protection of their legitimate rights and so on, thereby putting forward suggestions and measures for the popularization and implementation of the Law.
