采用非参数的DEA-Malmquist指数方法,对我国科技进步贡献率进行了定量分析。结果表明:1979-2004年,我国科技进步贡献率均值为17%,全要素生产率增长率均值为1.8%,技术进步对此做出的贡献比技术效率更大。从走势上来看,1979年到1980年代中期以前,科技进步贡献率稳中有升,而后出现了较大起伏,直到1990年代中期以后,科技进步贡献率渐趋稳定。
採用非參數的DEA-Malmquist指數方法,對我國科技進步貢獻率進行瞭定量分析。結果錶明:1979-2004年,我國科技進步貢獻率均值為17%,全要素生產率增長率均值為1.8%,技術進步對此做齣的貢獻比技術效率更大。從走勢上來看,1979年到1980年代中期以前,科技進步貢獻率穩中有升,而後齣現瞭較大起伏,直到1990年代中期以後,科技進步貢獻率漸趨穩定。

This paper applies DEA - Malmquist Index to empirically analyze the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in China. It shows that the average contribution rate is 17% in the report period of 1979 - 2004, which is more notably accomplished by technical progress than by technical efficiency improvement. The tendency of contribution rate change shows that from 1979 to mid - 1980s, it kept stable and rising, and then there were ups and downs until the mid -90s. In 1992, the contribution rate reached its peak and began to decline before it became stable in 1995.
