如何提高对外贸易中知识产权执法保护水平是中国全球化进程中面临的严峻问题。文章选取了六个先进国家或地区作为分析对象，对各国对外贸易中知识产权执法保护的做法进行了梳理和总结分析，探讨了各国对外贸易中知识产权执法保护的一般规律和趋势，发现其主要经验启示为：提高政府和社会的认识、完善立法、建立有效执法体系、形成社会合力机制、注重本国利益等。
如何提高對外貿易中知識產權執法保護水平是中國全毬化進程中麵臨的嚴峻問題。文章選取瞭六箇先進國傢或地區作為分析對象，對各國對外貿易中知識產權執法保護的做法進行瞭梳理和總結分析，探討瞭各國對外貿易中知識產權執法保護的一般規律和趨勢，髮現其主要經驗啟示為：提高政府和社會的認識、完善立法、建立有效執法體繫、形成社會閤力機製、註重本國利益等。

How to improve the enforcement of intellectual property law in foreign trade is a severe problem in the process of globalization. The paper selects five countries as analytic targets, summarizes and analyzes their practices in intellectual property law enforcement in foreign trade, and probes into their general principles and trends in the enforcement of intellectual property law. The main experiences and implications discovered include： raising the awareness of government and society, perfecting the related legislation,establishing an effective law enforcement system, forming a mechanism of joint forces, and attaching importance to the national interests, etc.
