高新区是一种独特的区域经济，呈现阶段性的突出特征和规律。本文在已有研究的基础上，制定高新区发展实力评价体系，利用火炬中心2005年的统计数据，采用SPSS统计工具的因子分析功能，对53个国家级高新区的产业实力和研发实力进行评价。依据评价结果，判断各高新区所处发展阶段，进而对其差异化发展战略进行了探讨。

As a unique regional economy, science park has the stage characteristics and laws. Based on the existing research of science parks, with the help of SPSS statistical analysis tools, this paper has used the Torch Center statistics in 2005 to evaluate the development strength and R ＆ D strength for the 53 state - level science parks of China. Based on the results of the evaluation, the development stage of the 53 science parks is determined. After that, different development strategies for each state are discussed.
