本文在对西部生态脆弱贫困区375个国家扶贫工作重点县的产业和产业联动研究的基础上，构建了西部生态脆弱贫困区产业联动的模式，该模式共分为区域内产业联动模式和区域外产业联动模式两大类。通过分析不同的产业联动模式对产业竞争力各个要素的影响，深入分析了产业联动对产业竞争力的提升和产业发展的影响，并在此基础上对西部4个国家扶贫开发重点县的产业联动进行了案例研究。

This paper generalized the operational modes of industrial linkage in ecologically vulnerable areas in Western China based on a study of three hundred and seventy five ecologically poor counties which are listed as key focus areas in China＇ s poverty allevi- ation program. The operational modes can be divided into two categories： inter - regional and intra - regional. The differences in operational modes of industrial linkage were found to play important roles in the overall competitiveness of the industries. The effect of industrial linkage on promoting the competitiveness and development of the industries in those ecologically vulnerable areas was analyzed. Detailed case studies were conducted on four counties located in Western China.
