为综合分析“陕西现象”，运用实证研究与文献分析的方法，通过对陕西高等教育与区域经济发展协调程度的评价，深入解析了陕西高等教育与区域经济不协调的原因在于：国家非均衡发展战略的后期体现；错综复杂的管理体制阻碍了高等教育对区域经济的推动；经济发展的低水平与二元结构制约了对高等教育成果的利用；产学研系统缺乏协调机制等。

For a comprehensive analysis of ＂Shaanxi Phenomenon＂, the level of coordination of higher education and the regional economy in Shaanxi Province were assessed by empirical research and analysis. Based on that it gave the reasons of the uncoordination,including national non -balanced development strategy; complex education management system which hinders the promotion of regional economy; low level of economic development and the dual structure of higher education; the lack of coordination mechanisms.
