近年来随着我国司法审判方式改革的不断深入，司法鉴定人出庭作证已经越来越成为对鉴定结论进行质证的重要手段之一，但目前司法鉴定人出庭作证的现实情况却不容乐观。应通过对我国司法鉴定人出庭作证制度的历史渊源和目前司法鉴定人出庭作证存在的问题和原因进行考察，进而对其法理价值、现实必要性等进行分析，并在这些分析的基础之上，对如何完善我国司法鉴定人出庭作证的法律制度，提出相应的立法理念和制度设计。

With the further reform of judicatory trial in China recently, judicatory appraiser＇s appearance in court has increasingly become one of the most important approaches of testimony. However, the current situation of judicatory appraisers＇ witnessing in court is not very optimistic. In order to solve the problem, we should study the history of the system of judicatory appraisers＇ role in court and the existing problems and reasons of judicatory appraiser＇s witnessing in court so that we can analyze the nomological values and necessity of judicatory appraisers＇ function in court. Thus, a primary principle to improve the lawmaking and system design of judicatory appraisers＇ appearing in court is proposed based on the above analysis.
