创业教育是素质教育在知识经济时代的具体体现。实施创业教育，广泛开展大学生创业活动是高等教育教学改革的重要任务之一，也是社会主义市场经济条件下教育改革和发展的必然趋势。动物科技学院针对当前大学生就业难的问题，把培养学生的创业能力作为深化教育教学改革的重要内容，积极开展创新创业教育和实践，不断探索复合型、个性化的创新创业型人才培养模式，提高大学生综合素质，促进毕业生灵活就业、自主创业，为行业发展和社会经济建设多做贡献。

The undertaking education is the specific request of quality-oriented education in the era of knowledge economy. The implementation of undertaking education, widely carrying out the university students＇ innovative undertaking activity is one of the important tasks of higher educational reforms. It is also the inevitable trend of the educational reform and development under the socialist market economy condition. Considering the serious problem about the current university student employment, the college of the animal science and technology has taken the raising of student＇s initiative capacity as the important content of deepening education and educational reform, developed the innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice positively, explored the multi-skills and the personalized innovation undertaking personnel training model unceasingly, improved the overall quality of university students, promoted graduates to run their own businesses to provide more jobs for society.
