观察了短期注射重组人生长激素(rhGH)对大鼠GH/IGF-Ⅰ轴上相关物质的影响。方法:将32只SD雄性大鼠分为4组:对照组、运动组、GH组和GH+运动组,运动方式为游泳训练。在实验的最后一周给GH组和GH+运动组大鼠注射rhGH,持续7 d,1次/d,注射剂量为100μg/只。检测大鼠血液GH、ghrelin和IGF-Ⅰ浓度。结果:与对照组相比,短期注射rhGH后,大鼠血浆ghrlin浓度明显下降(P〈0.01),血清IGF-Ⅰ浓度显著上升(P〈0.01),血液IGF-Ⅰ/ghrelin比值明显增大。结论:1)短期注射rhGH使血浆ghrelin浓度降低,提示外源GH对ghrelin有负反馈调节作用;2)验证了前人的发现,使用外源GH可明显提升大鼠血清IGF-Ⅰ水平。

관찰료단기주사중조인생장격소(rhGH)대대서GH/IGF-Ⅰ축상상관물질적영향。방법:장32지SD웅성대서분위4조:대조조、운동조、GH조화GH+운동조,운동방식위유영훈련。재실험적최후일주급GH조화GH+운동조대서주사rhGH,지속7 d,1차/d,주사제량위100μg/지。검측대서혈액GH、ghrelin화IGF-Ⅰ농도。결과:여대조조상비,단기주사rhGH후,대서혈장ghrlin농도명현하강(P〈0.01),혈청IGF-Ⅰ농도현저상승(P〈0.01),혈액IGF-Ⅰ/ghrelin비치명현증대。결론:1)단기주사rhGH사혈장ghrelin농도강저,제시외원GH대ghrelin유부반궤조절작용;2)험증료전인적발현,사용외원GH가명현제승대서혈청IGF-Ⅰ수평。
the research focuses on the effects of short-term injection of recombinant human GH on the relational elements in GH/IGF-Ⅰ axis of trained rots. Methods: 32 rats are divided randomly into 4 groups: control group, exercise group, GH group and GH plus exercise group. The exercise pattern is swimming. Rats in GH and GH + exercise group are injected with rhGH in the last week of the experiment, which lasts 7 days consecutively, one single injection with a dose of 100μg for each rat each day. Afterwards the blood GH, ghrelin and IGF-Ⅰ level are detected. Results: Compared with control group, after having been injected with rhGH for a short term, the plasma ghrelin level reduces remarkably ( P 〈 0.01 ), serum IGF-Ⅰ increases markedly ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the rate of hlood IGF-Ⅰ/ghrelin increases markedly in rots. Conclusions: 1 ) Short-term rhGH administration reduces plasma ghrelin level, which indicates the negative feedback regulatory effect of GH administration on blood ghrelin level. 2) Prior discoveries have been testified that serum IGF-Ⅰ can be increased markedly by GH administration.
