对体育系女生(体女组)和普通女大学生(女大组)各30名肌适能和有氧适能的多项指标同步测试结果表明:两组月经周期各时相的健康体适能呈现多样性变化。肌适能三个时相的腿肌力和行经时相的握力明显大于女大组(p〈0.05),而两组内三个时相的肌适能比较则无显著差异(P〉0.05);有氧适能两组在安静状态下差异不显著(P〉0.05),而运动负荷试验则显示体女组明显优于女大组(P〈0.05-0.01);两组内各时相的有氧适能以黄体时相最优,行经时相最差,卵泡时相与黄体时相或卵泡时相与行经时相比较的统计学差异无规律。这些变化可能与E2(雌二醇)、P(孕酮)和T(睾酮)、FSH(卵泡刺激素)、LH(黄体生成素)等激素的分泌水平及HPO轴(下丘脑——垂体——卵巢轴)对性激素的调控效应有关。研究结果为女大学生科学进行运动训练和体育健身锻炼提供参考依据,并为研究大学生的健康体适能积累资料。

Through multi-index simultaneously test of muscular fitness and aerobic fitness to 30 women students in department of physical education (PE Group-F) and 30 general female college students (Major Group-F), it shows that: two groups of healthy physical fitness in women' s menstrual cycle phase each time shows diversity of change. Muscle fitness of the three-phase leg strength and grip strength in menstrual phase is greater than Major Group-F obviously(p〈 0.05), but there is no significant difference between the two groups of muscular fitness within three-phase(P 〉0.05) ;Two groups of aerobic fitness are not significant in still state( P 〉0.05); But exercise load tests show PE Group-F is significantly better than Major Group-F( P 〈 0.05-0.01 ) ; Luteal phase is the best, and menstrual phase is the worst between two groups of aerobic fitness within each phase, the statistical differences are no laws among follicular phase and luteal phase, follicular phase and menstrual phase, these changes may have correlationship with hormone secretion levels of E2 (Estradiol 2), P (Progesterone) , T (Testosterone), FSH (follicle stimulating hormone), LH (luteinizing hormone) and HPO-Axis (hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis) on the regulation of sex hormones to improve the effect. The results conduct scientific sports training and sports fitness training to provide reference for female college students and to accumulate for college students' healthy physical illness,
