研究目的:介绍优秀女子摔跤运动员孙××肩关节复发性脱位手术后的康复训练方法。研究方法:通过对国家女子摔跤队55k级重点运动员孙××右肩关节复发性脱位,手术后进行五个阶段(2005年9月2006年12月)的康复训练:第一阶段在进行消炎、冰敷的同时以手和腕的活动为主;第二阶段以徒手活动为主,通过缓慢拉伸促进损伤组织的快速修复;第三阶段以器械训练为主,促进患侧肌肉体积和力量的逐渐恢复,关节稳定和牢固的重建,逐渐向适应专项力量训练过渡;第四阶段主要采用成套力量训练,增加平衡和过伸力量练习,逐渐过度到技术练习;第五阶段开始对抗和实战,为比赛做准备。研究结果:通过系统的康复训练,该运动员损伤关节的功能得到有效恢复,2007年3月获得世界杯赛冠军,4月获得全国锦标赛第三名。结论:1)平衡和过伸训练是该运动员肩关节稳定性和灵活性重建,重返赛场的重要训练手段;2)冰敷、按摩、理疗以及合理补充营养是重要的辅助手段。

Objective:To introduce a designed systematic training method for acute shoulder dislocation for an elite female wrestler. METHODS: Post-operation training and rehabilitation: The recovery time course (from September 2005 to December 2006) can be divided into five phases. During the first phase, the main methods were some kinds of hand and wrist movements to reduce inflammation by applying ice hag. During the second phase, the main methods were some kinds of freehand movements. All endeavors were made to prevent proliferation of joint capsule fiber and denaturation of ligmend. During the third phase, the main methods were the light weight apparatus training to promote muscle and strength recovery, and the stability of joint. During the fourth phase, the main methods were strength training, balancing, over- stretching strength training were added, and transited to skill training gradually. During the fifth stage, combat and contact were introduced, preparing for competitions. Ice, massage, physiotherapy, and some nutrition supplement were regularly employed. Result:Through designed systematic training and inhabitation, the wrestler 's shoulder joint was sufficiently recovered. She got the gold medal of 2007 World Cup, and won the bronze medal of 2007 Chinese National Championships. Conclusion: The balancing and overstretching strength training methods were very important to the recovery of shoulder injury, the ice, massage, physiotherapy and some nutrition methods were supplementary to the above mentioned methods.
