目的:探讨补充食醋对急性力竭运动大鼠肾组织细胞凋亡调控基因bax、bel-2和p53蛋白表达的影响。方法:成年雄性SD大鼠24只,随机分成3组:安静对照组、运动组和食醋组。安静对照组不运动,运动组和食醋组进行一次力竭运动。安静对照组和运动组在力竭运动前均灌胃一次生理盐水,而食醋组灌胃食醋一次。力竭运动后即刻处死大鼠,取肾组织,免疫组织化学法检测bax、bcl-2和p53的蛋白表达。结果:与安静对照组相比,运动组和食醋组bax、bcl-2和p53蛋白表达的平均光密度值(MOD)、阳性物质表达面积和阳性指数PI显著增高(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);与运动组相比,食醋组bax和p53显著降低,bcl—2显著增高(P〈O.05)。与安静对照组相比,运动组bcl-2/bax降低,给药组增加;且给药组高于运动组。结论:1)一次力竭运动前补充食醋能显著延长大鼠力竭运动时间;2)一次力竭运动前补充食醋可使bcl-2蛋白表达显著增高,并使bcl-2/bax比值增高,从而起到抑制细胞凋亡的作用;3.一次力竭运动前补充食醋可使p53蛋白表达显著降低。

목적:탐토보충식작대급성력갈운동대서신조직세포조망조공기인bax、bel-2화p53단백표체적영향。방법:성년웅성SD대서24지,수궤분성3조:안정대조조、운동조화식작조。안정대조조불운동,운동조화식작조진행일차력갈운동。안정대조조화운동조재력갈운동전균관위일차생리염수,이식작조관위식작일차。력갈운동후즉각처사대서,취신조직,면역조직화학법검측bax、bcl-2화p53적단백표체。결과:여안정대조조상비,운동조화식작조bax、bcl-2화p53단백표체적평균광밀도치(MOD)、양성물질표체면적화양성지수PI현저증고(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);여운동조상비,식작조bax화p53현저강저,bcl—2현저증고(P〈O.05)。여안정대조조상비,운동조bcl-2/bax강저,급약조증가;차급약조고우운동조。결론:1)일차력갈운동전보충식작능현저연장대서력갈운동시간;2)일차력갈운동전보충식작가사bcl-2단백표체현저증고,병사bcl-2/bax비치증고,종이기도억제세포조망적작용;3.일차력갈운동전보충식작가사p53단백표체현저강저。
Objective: This paper studies the effects of vinegar supplement on expression bax, Bcl-2 and P53 protein in renal tissue of rats with exhausting exercise. Method: 24 male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:Control (C), exhausting exercise (EE) and exhausting exercise and applying vinegar (EEAV). The control group didn't take any exercise while EE group and EEAV group were made to take an exhausting exercise. C group and EE group had the stomach irrigated with NaCI water while EEAV group were given vinegar stomach irrigation. Rats were killed and their renal tissue was taken after the exhausting exercise. Expression of bax, bcl-2 and p53 protein was examined by immunohistochemistry. Result: Compared with C group, the expression of bax, bcl-2 and p53 protein increased significantly in EE and EEAV group (P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05). Compared with EE group, the expression of bax and p53 protein depressed significantly, and the expression of bcl-2 increased significantly in EEAV group (P〈0.05). Compared with C group, bcl-2/bax depressed in EE, bcl 2/bax increased in EEAV group. Compared with EE group, bcl-2/bax increased in EEAV group. Conclusion : 1. Vinegar supplement before exhausting exercise can prolong sport time of rats significantly;2. Vinegar supplement before exhausting exercise can increase the expression of bcl-2 protein and bcl-2/ bax significantly, thus inhibiting apoptosis. 3. Vinegar supplement before exhausting exercise can decrease the expression of p53 protein significantly.
