通过对一所乡村学校个案的田野调查，研究者发现学校之中纪律手段泛滥，特别是严格的惩罚手段被大量运用。这是村落社区之中的传统教育理念在学校之中的蔓延，也是教师和儿童互动的一种社会形式。在惩罚的手段之中，有软性处罚、硬性处罚以及小组控制技术，这些教育控制的方式对儿童的未来发展会产生很大影响。

Through field work in a village school, the researcher finds that the school＇s methods of discipline, especially rigid punishment are deeply entrenched. It is due to the prevalence of traditional education concepts in the village commune entering into the school and a kind of social interaction between students and teachers. Methods that are adopted include severe punishment, disciplinary actions, and group control, all of which have effects on the future development of children.
