在新课程改革背景下,人们更多地关注教师在课程中的作为,并期待着与新课程范式相适应的教师文化的转变。但从目前教师文化的研究及实践中看,还存在着一些值得重视的问题。探讨新课程所需要并追求的教师文化,重塑与新课程理念相适应、积极的教师文化是贯彻实施新课程改革的关键,也是新课程改革顺利实施的文化土壤。
在新課程改革揹景下,人們更多地關註教師在課程中的作為,併期待著與新課程範式相適應的教師文化的轉變。但從目前教師文化的研究及實踐中看,還存在著一些值得重視的問題。探討新課程所需要併追求的教師文化,重塑與新課程理唸相適應、積極的教師文化是貫徹實施新課程改革的關鍵,也是新課程改革順利實施的文化土壤。
재신과정개혁배경하,인문경다지관주교사재과정중적작위,병기대착여신과정범식상괄응적교사문화적전변。단종목전교사문화적연구급실천중간,환존재착일사치득중시적문제。탐토신과정소수요병추구적교사문화,중소여신과정이념상괄응、적겁적교사문화시관철실시신과정개혁적관건,야시신과정개혁순리실시적문화토양。
Under the background of the new curriculum, people will pay more attention to the teachers' behaviors and expect to change the teacher culture to meet the paradigm of the new curriculum. But from the study and practice of the teacher culture presently, there are still many problems which are worth stressing. Studying the teacher culture which the new curriculum needed and reconstructing the teacher culture which meet the idea of the new curriculum are the keys and the culture soil of the new curriculum reform.
