为了便于区域生鲜农产品物流安全风险分析与控制,以蔬菜物流为例在广州地区内进行了大量调研,构建了蔬菜销售物流安全风险评价指标体系,借助层次分析法和ISM方法组合确定二级指标权重,运用模糊综合评价方法实证评价了广州地区蔬菜销售物流安全风险水平。结果证明区域内安全风险等级稍低于一般水平,完善了生鲜农产品物流安全理论体系。

In order to evaluste and improve the logistics safety of regional fresh agricultural products, this paper carries out a great deal of investigation into vegetables logistics in Guangzhou, and establishes an index system for the risk evaluation of the sale logistics of fresh agricultural products. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the interpretative structural modeling (ISM) are employed to determine the weights of second-class indices, and a comprehensive fuzzy estimation method is used to evaluate the safety of sale logistice of vegetables in Guangzhou. The risk of logistics systems in Guangzhou is lower than usual.
