《可再生能源法》颁布实施后，我国生物质发电行业在快速发展的同时也存在着不容忽视的问题，如成本、行政监管、财税融资及电价补贴等。国家有必要尽快建立健全相关配套政策与立法，包括：可再生能源的税收优惠政策；财政贴息优惠贷款办法；进一步完善可再生能源管理体制；制订推动相关配套产业；加强宣传教育。
《可再生能源法》頒佈實施後，我國生物質髮電行業在快速髮展的同時也存在著不容忽視的問題，如成本、行政鑑管、財稅融資及電價補貼等。國傢有必要儘快建立健全相關配套政策與立法，包括：可再生能源的稅收優惠政策；財政貼息優惠貸款辦法；進一步完善可再生能源管理體製；製訂推動相關配套產業；加彊宣傳教育。
《가재생능원법》반포실시후，아국생물질발전행업재쾌속발전적동시야존재착불용홀시적문제，여성본、행정감관、재세융자급전개보첩등。국가유필요진쾌건립건전상관배투정책여입법，포괄：가재생능원적세수우혜정책；재정첩식우혜대관판법；진일보완선가재생능원관리체제；제정추동상관배투산업；가강선전교육。
Although China＇s biomass power generation industry has witnessed the significant development since the promulgation and enforcement of Renewable Energy Law, many problems still exist in terms of cost, executive supervision, taxation and financing as well as the subsidy of electricity price in the industry. Through analysis, it was deemed necessary for the government to establish and improve relevant policies and regulations, including preferential tax policy, fiscal interest discount policy and regulations, perfect the governing system, formulate policies to boost the development of the related industries, and make the policies known to the public.
