以体育专业学生为研究对象,对竞技健美操成套动作的遗忘规律进行研究。实验结果表明:“记忆恢复”现象确实存在;音乐对竞技健美操的动作遗忘有延缓作用;教学衔接点、空间变换是构成竞技健美操动作遗忘的重要因素。

By investigating students from physical education major, the regularity of forgetting about the whole set of routine movement of competitive aerobics in teaching was studied. According to the test above mentioned, it could be got conclusions: 1. The "Memory Recovery" for aerobics existed positively; 2. Music was a preserve method to forgetting process; 3. the connection of teaching and space transformation were made of important factors of forgetting in competitive aerobics.
