本文通过分析新加坡高校人文素质教育的特色和经验，对比目前我国高校人文素质教育中存在的不足，借鉴新加坡的经验，提出以传承本国优秀文化、增强国民意识、增进大学生对我国历史和文化传统的认同感等为重点，进一步加强和改进大学生的人文素质教育，全面提高人才的培养质量。
本文通過分析新加坡高校人文素質教育的特色和經驗，對比目前我國高校人文素質教育中存在的不足，藉鑒新加坡的經驗，提齣以傳承本國優秀文化、增彊國民意識、增進大學生對我國歷史和文化傳統的認同感等為重點，進一步加彊和改進大學生的人文素質教育，全麵提高人纔的培養質量。
본문통과분석신가파고교인문소질교육적특색화경험，대비목전아국고교인문소질교육중존재적불족，차감신가파적경험，제출이전승본국우수문화、증강국민의식、증진대학생대아국역사화문화전통적인동감등위중점，진일보가강화개진대학생적인문소질교육，전면제고인재적배양질량。
By analyzing the characteristics and experiences of the humanistic quality education in Singapore＇s universities and colleges, this paper points out drawbacks of China＇s, and then suggests that we shall inherit our rich culture and strengthen national consciousness of citizens to enhance the historical and cultural recognition of our country in college students. We shall further our steps to reinforce the quality education for college students and fully improve the quality of talents.
