文章从城市土地集约利用的内涵出发，从社会、经济和生态环境三个角度构建了江苏省各地市土地集约利用评价指标体系，通过对其综合评价及空间差异分析，提出了江苏省提高土地集约利用水平和整体潜力的对策建议。

From the connotation of urban land intensive use, this paper sets up an evaluation index system of land intensive use from the angle of society,economy and ecological benefit. Through the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of regional difference, this paper puts forward some suggestions on urban land intensive use of Jiangsu province.
