我国旅行社与饭店企业的低薪现状引致一系列严重的危害,效率工资制是根治这些危害的有效方法之一,惜未引起学界与业界应有的重视,遍检学术论著,迄今尚无一专文、专著论及我国旅游企业效率工资问题。可以借鏊西方效率工资理论,系统探讨我国旅行社与饭店企业发展的问题与出路。
我國旅行社與飯店企業的低薪現狀引緻一繫列嚴重的危害,效率工資製是根治這些危害的有效方法之一,惜未引起學界與業界應有的重視,遍檢學術論著,迄今尚無一專文、專著論及我國旅遊企業效率工資問題。可以藉鏊西方效率工資理論,繫統探討我國旅行社與飯店企業髮展的問題與齣路。

Our country Travel agency and the hotel enterprise's low salary have brought about a series of serious harms. The efficiency wage system is an effective method which cures these harms. It is a pity to not bring to the attention of the educational world and the field. With the combination of the Western theory of efficiency wage, this article studied the problems in travel agencies and hotels in China.
