《企业国有资产法》的出台填补了我国国有资产运营与管理的立法空白，并对其今后的实施产生深远影响。该法的颁布对防止国有资产流失，规范出资人法律地位、国有企业经营与管理、国有资产转让、国有资本经营预算等方面都具有积极作用。但该法在立法范围、国资委监管职能、高管薪酬等方面还有待补充完善。
《企業國有資產法》的齣檯填補瞭我國國有資產運營與管理的立法空白，併對其今後的實施產生深遠影響。該法的頒佈對防止國有資產流失，規範齣資人法律地位、國有企業經營與管理、國有資產轉讓、國有資本經營預算等方麵都具有積極作用。但該法在立法範圍、國資委鑑管職能、高管薪酬等方麵還有待補充完善。

The enactment of “Enterprise State-owned Assets Act” fills the vacancy of management and administration of stateowned assets and deeply influences its following implement. Taking hebei province as an example, we can see that this Act plays in preventing loss of state-owned assets, regulating the legal status of stockholder, management and administration of state-owned assets, state-owned assets transfer and management budget of state-owned capital. However, these aspects that the legal contents, regulatory, functions of the SASAC and the salary of senior executives are needed to be replenished.
