舞蹈美育是通过启迪性“身体教育”引领人们以舞蹈行为陶冶情操、健康身心、提升意志品格、激发创造力,实现自我优化。它既非单一的舞蹈技能训练,亦非抽象关学研修。在施教中,应确立完整性、综合性理念。以诗的意韵、画的景象、乐的音律引领对舞蹈的审美体验,在欣赏、解读、认识舞蹈的同时,把生活中潴留的情感唤醒、激活,插上想象的翅膀。由此激起参与舞蹈的兴趣,通过合理的课程进行认识身体、感知身体、解放身体的训练,进而运用自身形体创造美的形象。此外,汲取生理学、心理学的成果,将有助于舞蹈美育的科学性、实践性、交叉性、开放性。

Dance aesthetic education develops a person by using dance action to mould the taste, to be healthy both physically and mentally, to improve the will and mind, to stimulate the creativity by body education, which eventually can realize the self optimization. It is not just a kind of simple dance skill training, neither a kind of abstract aesthetic study. We should establish the rationale of integrity and comprehensiveness while teaching dance. The charm of poetry, the scene of painting and the tonality of music could lead us to learn the aesthetic experience of dance, to appreciate, learn and recognize dance and at the same time to arouse and activate our feelings and imagination, and thence to stimulate the interests of participating in dance. By using rational lesson of trainings, we can get to know, feel and relax our body and create beauty image. Besides, deriving the achievements of physiology and psychology is no doubt very important for the characteristics of science, practice, blending and openness of dance aesthetics.
