大学组织随着时代的发展与环境的变化不断演绎着自己独特的文化特质．而这种文化特质逐渐丰富、形成和发展了大学制度。从中世纪大学的行会文化、德国大学的学术自由、现代大学的世俗化转型．都引起了大学制度的组织变革。由于大众化时代管理文化的兴起．形成了大学组织的科层化、绩效制及特色化发展的特点．使院校研究作为一种组织文化和制度设计应运而生。我国的院校研究应进一步加强其组织设计的规范性．使之内化为大学管理制度的重要内容．并进一步培育院校研究健康发展的制度环境。

With the development of the environment and age, the university organizations feature in constant changes of the peculiar nature of culture. From the culture of the medieval associations, the academic freedom of German universities, the secularization of modern universities, have led to organizational changes in the university system. Popularization of timely management culture makes it possible to form layers and performance of universities which, in turn, gives rise to organizational culture and system. Studies of the Chinese universities should be strenghtened and standardized for the sake of development of a healthy system.
