推进校务公开，实施民主治校、民主办学是现代大学发展的时代特征和必然要求。但就总体而言，我国大学校务公开发展还很不平衡、很不完善，也很不彻底，需要进一步提高认识，拓宽渠道，明确责任，健全组织，规范程序，完善机制，讲求实效，促进现代大学制度的建立和完善。
推進校務公開，實施民主治校、民主辦學是現代大學髮展的時代特徵和必然要求。但就總體而言，我國大學校務公開髮展還很不平衡、很不完善，也很不徹底，需要進一步提高認識，拓寬渠道，明確責任，健全組織，規範程序，完善機製，講求實效，促進現代大學製度的建立和完善。
추진교무공개，실시민주치교、민주판학시현대대학발전적시대특정화필연요구。단취총체이언，아국대학교무공개발전환흔불평형、흔불완선，야흔불철저，수요진일보제고인식，탁관거도，명학책임，건전조직，규범정서，완선궤제，강구실효，촉진현대대학제도적건립화완선。
Pushing forward the publicity of school＇s administrative affairs and carrying out the democracy to manage the school is one of the characteristics of our times and requirement. In general, the development of this work is still not in balance and not being perfected. It requires us to further the cognition, widen the channels, make clear the responsibility, complete the organization, standardize the procedure and improve the educational system to push the institutional establishment and the perfection of a modem university with substantial results.
