冰雪资源属于东北区域的特色旅游资源,无论开发与规模在国内均占有优势地位。但随着来自区域外和区域内竞争的日益激烈,迫切需要探讨冰雪旅游资源的再配置与再开发问题。从界定旅游资源整合的概念入手,确定本研究属于同类型旅游资源整合的范畴。通过对东北区域冰雪资源条件、特色、优势和旅游开发状况的分析,明确了进行冰雪旅游资源整合的现实必要性和客观可能性,提出凸显文化内涵是整合冰雪旅游资源应遵循的核心理念,从主题整合的角度应塑造统一的冰雪旅游形象,将冰雪旅游整体形象与单体特色相结合;从空间整合的角度可构建“点”、“带”、“区”结合的冰雪旅游空间格局。

The exploitation scale of Ice and snow resource hold the superiority status in domestic, and it has been the one of typical tourist resources in North - east region of China. Along with the intensive competitions coming from outside and inside of the region gradually, there is an urgent need to discuss the problem of the relocation and redevelopment of the ice and snow tourist resources. The essay first points out the basic definitions of conformity of resources and tourist resources, and makes an assertion that the research confines to the category of the same typical tourist resource conformity, from the aspect of conformity connotation. Then it further explains the realistic necessity and objective possibility of Ice and snow tourist resources conformity by analyzing the conditions, characters, advantages and the tourist exploitation of the regional ice and snow resources. Finally the article gives the basic schemes for the ice and snow tourist resource from the eagles of thematic conformity and space conformity, according to the core conception of conformity. In addition, the essay further proposes that the research can be conducted on the lays of administration, information and marketing and so on, to fulfill the coordinative management, common shared information and corporate constructed facilities, thus to achieve the ultimate goal of promoting competitive power of ice and snow tourist.
