运用图像定格技术，开发定量指标来评价羽毛球运动员的战术意识能力。使用VB语言和无线触键设备研发了“羽毛球运动员战术意识测评和多媒体训练系统”软件。实验结果显示，测试数据能较好地反应羽毛球运动员的专项能力，战术意识和专项跑动能力两项指标均具有较好的运动等级鉴别力。本系统即可用于优秀羽毛球运动员选材，也可用作羽毛球运动员战术意识、专项体能训练成效的定量评价工具，还可以作为羽毛球运动员战术意识和专项体能的模拟训练系统。

Using a technique of temporal occlusion, this study was conducted to find out a quantitative index evaluating the tactical consciousness of badminton players. It reveals the function of decision - making on the level of performance. The testing system of decision - making ability of badminton players was designed independently by VB. The results showed that the tactics decision - making and special running ability were of high discrimination of performance level. This testing system can be used for athletes selecting and simulative training system of tactics decision - making and special fitness of badminton players.
