烟波浩淼的洞庭湖名传遐迩，历史积淀深厚，资源丰富，洞庭湖的治理、开发，一直是人们关注的热点。治理洞庭湖应把文化建设作为重点，并采取相应的举措，以历史的资料作为借鉴开展治理，以建设平安洞庭、生态洞庭、民生洞庭、和谐洞庭。
煙波浩淼的洞庭湖名傳遐邇，歷史積澱深厚，資源豐富，洞庭湖的治理、開髮，一直是人們關註的熱點。治理洞庭湖應把文化建設作為重點，併採取相應的舉措，以歷史的資料作為藉鑒開展治理，以建設平安洞庭、生態洞庭、民生洞庭、和諧洞庭。
연파호묘적동정호명전하이，역사적정심후，자원봉부，동정호적치리、개발，일직시인문관주적열점。치리동정호응파문화건설작위중점，병채취상응적거조，이역사적자료작위차감개전치리，이건설평안동정、생태동정、민생동정、화해동정。
Dongting Lake is famous for its history and rich resources. How to govern and develop Dongting Lake has been the focus of people＇s attention. To govern Dongting Lake we should focus on cultural construction and take corresponding measures. By collecting historical information as reference, the author put forward some proposals to build up peaceful Dongting, ecological Dongting, people＇s Dongting and harmonious Dongting.
