引用潘光旦先生关于“位育”的教育观，对“位育”之道的核心：“中”、“和”、“位”、“育”四个字进行诠释。并将其深刻的内涵“安所遂生”之道运用到分析全球化背景下中国体育文化的发展。中国体育文化发展应按照以下的逻辑顺序：身份定位、文化认同、渐入“他者”、构新文化。在全球化背景下，中国体育文化的发展以“天人合一”为理论基础，一方面向全人类的文化共性和价值观念有所靠拢，另一方面各民族的文化特点将进一步强化、本土化将更明显、个性将更突出。

Based on Mr. Pan Guandan＇s educational idea of ＂Essence of Weiyu＂, this paper attempts to explore the core meaning of this idea, which can be concluded as following four words： Zbong, He, Wei, Yu. The main task is to use this idea to discuss the way of Chinese sports culture development in a globalization world. The Chinese sports culture should develop as following logic process： self-identity, culture-recognition, approaching others and new culture construction. The Chinese sports culture should both keep close to the global culture and value in a globalization world, and keep its own value and develop itself.
