为了分析专业运动员与非专业运动员掌指分区保持稳定的技术动作特征,得出影响手倒立动作稳定性的生物力学因素。采用德国Novel Zebris平板式足底压力测试系统与南京伟思16通道Thought表面肌电分析系统对六名体操专业运动员和八名体育教育专业的学生进行了手倒立动作平衡稳定性的测试。结果发现:非专业运动员指间的力量比较薄弱,如在中指上专业运动员左右R=0.991,P〈0.01,具有相关性,但非专业运动员左右R值相关性无统计学意义,专业运动员的长轴长要小于非专业运动员,而短轴长又大于非专业运动员;专业运动员的压力重心晃动区域接近于圆。表明:专业运动员在前后方向上具有平衡控制能力,而非运动员在前后方向上晃动幅度大,进而说明专业运动员的对中心偏离的纠正能力强,压力中心更加集中。专业运动员可以同时控制指间发力(特别是通过对中指的力值)的改变来稳定其倒立的平衡,但是非专业运动员则相反。专业运动员的肌肉都在做加固和固定关节,已经足够保持身体的平衡,不需要其他肌肉来参与调整身体的平衡。

Purpose : to analyze characteristics of technical movement to maintain professional athletes' and non-professional athletes' metacarpophalangeal division stable, and to find out biomechanical factors that affected the stability of handstand. Methods: The German Novel Zebris Flat plantar pressure testing system and the Nanjing Visto 16-channel Thought surface electromyography analysis system are used to test six professional gymnasts' and eight physical education students' balance and stability of handstand. Results: non-professional athletes' finger forces are relatively weak, such as professional gymnasts' middle fingers around R -0. 991, P 〈 0.01, are relevant, but non-professional athletes' about R-value correlation is not significant, professional gymnasts' length of long axis is shorter than non-professional athletes', while length of short axis is longer than that of non-professional athletes. Professional gymnasts' pressure on the regional center of gravity is closer to a round; Conclusion: professional gymnasts can control the balance in directions of front and hack, while nonprofessional athletes have big shake in directions of front and back, which indicates that professional gymnasts have good ability to correct center deviation, and their pressure center is more concentrate. They can also control forces between fingers (especially through the middle finger) to stabilize the balance, but non-professional athletes are on the opposite. Professional gymnasts' muscles are strengthening and fixed joints, which are sufficient to maintain the balance of the body, muscles do not need to participate in other physical adjustment of balance.
