在资本的需求与运用的相关理论基础上，运用实证分析、定性和定量相结合等研究方法，分阶段分析了中小民营科技企业在初创阶段和成熟阶段对民间资本的需求状况。运用静态文献数据整理与动态调研相结合的方法，就民间资本构成进行逐项测算，对2007年的陕西省民间资本的供给量进行了估算。运用中小民营科技企业发展的生命周期理论，遵循其发展的特殊规律，对企业的融资需求特征进行规范化分析。此外，对中小民营科技企业在初创期和成熟期对民间资本的需求和运用中存在的问题进行了深入分析。最后对如何提高中小民营科技企业运用民间资本效率提出建议。

On the basis of the relevant theories about the demand and use of capital, the authors combine the research methods of empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and analyse the demand of China＇ s small and medium private scientific and technological enterprises for private capital in the embryo stage and mature stage. By means of the combination of static data and dynamic survey researches, the authors measure the composition of private capital and estimate the supply of private capital in Shanxi Province in 2007. Using the life cycle theory about the development of small and medium private scientific and technological enterprises, following the special laws, the authors make an analysis of the traits of enterprises＇ financing demand. In addition, the authors analyze the problems existing in Chinese small and medium private scientific and technological enterprises＇ demand and use of private capital in the embryo stage and mature stage. Finally the authors put forward suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of the use of private capital in Chinese small and medium private scientific and technological enterprises.
