运用文献法就国内外体育运动对骨形态结构、骨密度和生物力学性能的影响研究综述了适宜的运动是改善骨形态结构、提高骨密度和生物力学性能的关键,过量运动则加剧骨组织微缺损,骨塑建、骨重建频率加快,自我更新修复已缺损的内部结构的能力降低,导致骨的微观结构改变,并引起骨密度、骨生物力学参数等指标变化。
運用文獻法就國內外體育運動對骨形態結構、骨密度和生物力學性能的影響研究綜述瞭適宜的運動是改善骨形態結構、提高骨密度和生物力學性能的關鍵,過量運動則加劇骨組織微缺損,骨塑建、骨重建頻率加快,自我更新脩複已缺損的內部結構的能力降低,導緻骨的微觀結構改變,併引起骨密度、骨生物力學參數等指標變化。
운용문헌법취국내외체육운동대골형태결구、골밀도화생물역학성능적영향연구종술료괄의적운동시개선골형태결구、제고골밀도화생물역학성능적관건,과량운동칙가극골조직미결손,골소건、골중건빈솔가쾌,자아경신수복이결손적내부결구적능력강저,도치골적미관결구개변,병인기골밀도、골생물역학삼수등지표변화。
Based on the literature review of researches of the effects of exercise on bone structure,bone density and biomechanical properties home and abroad, the authors have concluded that appropriate exercise is the key factor for improving bone structure, bone density and the biomechanical properties,while excessive exercise may exacerbate the micro- defect of bone tissue, affect bone plastic construction, speed up the frequency of bone reconstruction and weaken its ability to repair the self-- renewal of the internal structure of the defect,leading to changes in the microstructure of the bone and causing the changes in the parameters of bone density and the biomechanical indicators of bone.
