根据爆发功率=力×速度和希尔力速方程,运用数学方法求出达到运动员最大爆发功率时的负荷重量和肌肉收缩速度的最佳匹配值,以期达到依运动员个人能力将最大爆发功率训练法量化、科学化的目的;并根据田径项目的特征,探讨研究结果在不同田径项目运动员发展爆发力训练中的应用问题,以达到更好的训练效果。

This article is based on the theory of explosive power = force X velocity and Hill's Force-Velocity Equation,and obtains the optimum matching value which is corresponding to athletes' muscle load weight and contraction velocity when the explosive power reaches the athletes' maximum by adopting method of mathematics. The authors' purpose is to make the maximum explosive power training methods quantified and scientific according to athletes' personal abilities. Furthermore,the authors have discussed the issue of applying the results of research for athletes of different events to maximize their explosive power training according to the characteristics of different track and field events,in order to achieve better training effects.
