The difference in conception and application between two environmental factors about life data and performance data was analyzed. A common definition about the periormance index was gaven, aria the formula about Normal distribution was led out. Using the result, these test data from different environmental can be converted each other, so the sample size becomes bigger, and it is useful the next statistical inference. The method and the procedure about the environmental factor of performance index in application were showed with an example.
