Through the long-term trading and cooperative relations among different enterprises, the network organization integrates the resources and the ability of enterprises as a whole, and turns tacit knowledge that shared by the organizations into explicit knowledge, so that the network organizations have the effectiveness in the knowledge acquisition. Moreover, the characteristics of the network organization such as the cooperation and interaction among the members, their sociality, repetitive transactions and the dynamic integrating of resources' characteristic have created a network learning function.
