人力资本是推动区域可持续发展的重要因素,不同区域间人力资本存量及作用效率的差异造成了区域可持续发展状况的差异。通过构建人力资本贡献模型考察了不同区域间人力资本对可持续发展贡献的状况,结果表明不同区域间人力资本对可持续发展的贡献存在较大的差别,而且同一区域中人力资本对区域可持续发展3个方面的贡献也存在差异。依据人力资本贡献的差异对各区域进行了划分,并在此基础上对区域人力资本贡献差异产生原因及相应的提升途径进行了探讨。

Human capital is the vital factor to drive regional sustainable development, the difference of amount and functional efficiency of human capital attribute to the difference of regional sustainable development. The paper sets up a human capital contribution model to survey human capital＇s contribution in regional sustainable development of different region. The result is that human capital＇s contribution in regional sustainable development is disparate in different region, also human capital＇s contribution to sustainable development＇s three aspects is disparate in the same region. Based on the difference of human capital＇s contribution, the paper compartmentalizes different region and makes an analysis on the reason of contribution, also improving methods are provided in the paper.
