面对国外混业经营金融机构的大举进入及国内的竞争压力，国内金融机构纷纷进行金融创新，不断突破原有的业务界限，逐渐走上了金融混业经营之路。但与此同时我们也发现，我国原有的适应分业经营的监管体制不能适应这一挑战，出现了很多问题。以分业经营向混业经营转变条件下的金融监管机制为研究对象，阐述了金融监管的理论基础，论述了不同时期的金融监管理论，及金融监管的发展变化趋势。
麵對國外混業經營金融機構的大舉進入及國內的競爭壓力，國內金融機構紛紛進行金融創新，不斷突破原有的業務界限，逐漸走上瞭金融混業經營之路。但與此同時我們也髮現，我國原有的適應分業經營的鑑管體製不能適應這一挑戰，齣現瞭很多問題。以分業經營嚮混業經營轉變條件下的金融鑑管機製為研究對象，闡述瞭金融鑑管的理論基礎，論述瞭不同時期的金融鑑管理論，及金融鑑管的髮展變化趨勢。

Faced with the foreign financial institutions＇ entry into the Chinese financial market, domestic financial institutions have begun to promote financial innovation by breaking through the boundaries of their original businesses, gradually setting out on the road of financial mixed operations. But at the same time it is discovered that the traditional regulatory system has been unable to meet this challenge, which leads to a lot of problems. Based on the financial regulatory mechanism in the context of mixed operation, this paper explains the theoretical foundation of financial regulation, and covers the different theories in different periods and the developing trend of financial regulation.
