研究目的：探讨运动自信、运动心理应激和个性特征与运动性心理疲劳的关系。研究方法：采用“运动员疲劳问卷”、“特质运动自信量表”、“运动员心理应激量表”和“艾森克个性问卷”对135名残障人游泳运动员进行调查研究。研究结果：运动员疲劳问卷之三个维度“成就感的降低”、“情绪/体力耗竭”和“运动负评价”与特质运动自信、运动心理应激及个性特征诸多因子存在着明显的相关;运动疲劳三个维度高分组与低分组某些测试指标存在着明显差异;运动特质应对自信、运动心理应激之“人际”和“受伤”因子、运动心理应激之总分、个性特征之“内外向性”和“情绪稳定性”维度可以有效地预测残障人游泳运动员运动性心理疲劳。研究结论：残障人游泳运动运动性心理疲劳程度与运动心理应激、运动特质自信及个性特征存在着密切关系。
研究目的：探討運動自信、運動心理應激和箇性特徵與運動性心理疲勞的關繫。研究方法：採用“運動員疲勞問捲”、“特質運動自信量錶”、“運動員心理應激量錶”和“艾森剋箇性問捲”對135名殘障人遊泳運動員進行調查研究。研究結果：運動員疲勞問捲之三箇維度“成就感的降低”、“情緒/體力耗竭”和“運動負評價”與特質運動自信、運動心理應激及箇性特徵諸多因子存在著明顯的相關;運動疲勞三箇維度高分組與低分組某些測試指標存在著明顯差異;運動特質應對自信、運動心理應激之“人際”和“受傷”因子、運動心理應激之總分、箇性特徵之“內外嚮性”和“情緒穩定性”維度可以有效地預測殘障人遊泳運動員運動性心理疲勞。研究結論：殘障人遊泳運動運動性心理疲勞程度與運動心理應激、運動特質自信及箇性特徵存在著密切關繫。

Introduction：It tries to discuss the relatives among sports psychological fatigue, sports self - confidence, sports psychological stress and personality characteristics. Methods： Psychological questionnaires were used on 135 disabled swimming athletes. Results ： Each of three dimensions （ ＂reduced sense of accomplishment＂, ＂emotion/physical exhaustion＂ and ＂sport devaluation＂ ） of sports psychological fatigue questionnaire correlates with many factors of sports self - confidence, sports psychological stress and personality characteristics. The high - scoring group to the low - scoring group of each of three dimensions of sports psychological fatigue questionnaire. The study found that scores of some factors of sports psychological stress and personal characters in the high - scoring group were apparently different with that of the low - scoring group. Analysis of stepwise regression were found, sports self- confidence for coping, ＂interpersonal＂ and ＂injury＂ factor of sport psychological stress and ＂total score＂ of sport psychological stress, ＂extroversion- introversion＂ and ＂emotional stability dimension＂ of personality characteristics are the factors predicting sports psychological fatigue. Conclusions ： There are close relationships between sports psychological fatigue degree and sports self- confidence, sports psychological stress and personality characteristics.
