Through our in-depth investigation of forest property right reforming in Jiangxi Province, this paper summarizes the configuration process in two ways, seven property configuration models and analysis the influencing factors of forest property right allocation process. At last, it proposes the problems and corresponding countermeasures of the property right allocation.
