采用变位齿轮可以提高齿轮的承载能力,针对变位齿轮设计的关键问题——选择变位系数,采用VB语言建立适合工程应用的渐开线变位圆柱齿轮可视化设计平台。已知中心距,为了实现无侧隙啮合,在满足限制条件下,方便地确定啮合角的数值,按照等滑动系数原则选择变位系数,并进行几何计算、传动质量检查等,通过一个实际算例,介绍设计平台的使用方法。
採用變位齒輪可以提高齒輪的承載能力,針對變位齒輪設計的關鍵問題——選擇變位繫數,採用VB語言建立適閤工程應用的漸開線變位圓柱齒輪可視化設計平檯。已知中心距,為瞭實現無側隙齧閤,在滿足限製條件下,方便地確定齧閤角的數值,按照等滑動繫數原則選擇變位繫數,併進行幾何計算、傳動質量檢查等,通過一箇實際算例,介紹設計平檯的使用方法。

Involute spur gears can be used to increase the earrying capacity of gear, the key of this gear is how to choose modification coefficient, introducing the characteristic of involute spur gear and its design criterion. In order to aehieve the baeklash-free mesh, given the center distanee, we can determine the meshing angle in accordance with the prineiple of sliding coefficient to select modification coefficient. The modification coefficient of involute spur gear is designed by visual method suitable for engineering application based on VB. In the design platform gears geometric can be calculated, drive quality inspected. The use method of design platform through a practical example is introduced.
