研究目的:补充大豆低聚肽对大鼠小肠上皮组织形态学和IEL的影响,观察大豆低聚肽对高强度运动后肠道粘膜屏障的保护作用。方法:雄性SD大鼠40只,被随机分为灌喂水安静(A)组、灌喂大豆低聚肽安静(B)组、灌喂水运动(C)组和灌喂大豆低聚肽运动(D)组。大鼠在适应性喂养及膳食平衡1周后,进行实验及指标测试。结果:高强度运动后,大鼠肠道粘膜机械屏障出现轻微损伤和IEL减少,而补充大豆低聚肽后,与C组比较,D组大鼠小肠粘膜厚度增高33.36%(P〈0.05),小肠绒毛高度增高12.91%(P〈0.05),小肠粘膜隐窝深度增加32.84%(P〈0.05),IEL增加40.96%(P〈0.05)。结论:补充大豆低聚肽可改善高强度运动后小肠粘膜屏障功能。

연구목적:보충대두저취태대대서소장상피조직형태학화IEL적영향,관찰대두저취태대고강도운동후장도점막병장적보호작용。방법:웅성SD대서40지,피수궤분위관위수안정(A)조、관위대두저취태안정(B)조、관위수운동(C)조화관위대두저취태운동(D)조。대서재괄응성위양급선식평형1주후,진행실험급지표측시。결과:고강도운동후,대서장도점막궤계병장출현경미손상화IEL감소,이보충대두저취태후,여C조비교,D조대서소장점막후도증고33.36%(P〈0.05),소장융모고도증고12.91%(P〈0.05),소장점막은와심도증가32.84%(P〈0.05),IEL증가40.96%(P〈0.05)。결론:보충대두저취태가개선고강도운동후소장점막병장공능。
This paper was to study the effects of soy oligopeptides supplementation on small intestinal mucosa barrier after high intensity exercise. Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, Group A (no training and water supplemented), Group B (no training and soy oligopeptides supplemented), Group C (training and water supplemented), Group D (training and soy oligopeptides supplemented). After one week meal adaption, small intestinal morphology were determined. It was shown that the small intestinal mucosa barrier were injured slightly after high intensity exercise. The mucosal thickness in Group D increased by 33. 36% (p〈0.05) than that of Group C. And the villous height increased by 12. 91% (p〈0.05), the crypt depth by 32.84% (p〈0.05) and IEL by 40. 96% (p〈0.05). It was proved that soy oligopeptides could improve the the small intestinal mucosa barrier after high intensity exercise.
