针对农业高校中专科生从入学到就业不同阶段的政治思想动态与专业学习特点，通过及时与同学进行思想交流，给予同学更多鼓励与关爱，认真抓好班风学风建设，同时加强学生诚信教育，加强就业指导与推荐工作等思政教育工作方法，帮助学生树立正确的人生观、世界观和价值观。使得高等农业院校中专科生同学经过高校三年的专业培养和职业教育，成为品学兼优并具备掌握本专业技能的“一专多能”复合型人才，服务“三农”，服务社会。

The paper holds that in the education of junior college students at agricultural universities, it is important to exchange ideas with them, to give them care and encouragement, to establish a good style of study in the class, to strengthen good faith education, to improve employment guidance and assistance, and to help them establish correct life views, world views and value systems, and all these measures should be based on the students＇ political ideological characteristics and professional study conditions at the different stages from enrollment to employment. The paper argues that only in this way can we produce versatile graduates who would be qualified talents to do the work relating to agriculture, rural areas and farnters.
