文章首先对跨国公司供应链社会责任内涵进行了界定，随后探讨了跨国公司在华强化供应链社会责任的行为表现，并指出，当前跨国公司在华供应链社会责任的主要问题集中在供应链环节的污染转移，供应链责任管理形式化，供应链关系失衡，“验厂”结果失真以及我国缺乏对跨国公司社会责任的系统规制等五个方面。针对问题，文章最后提出了加强跨国公司在华供应链社会责任管理的对策建议；约束跨国公司的超强市场力量，建立良好、平衡的供应链关系；发挥供应商经济利益共同体的积极作用；完善跨国公司在华社会责任机制等。

This article defines the content of multinational corporation＇s social responsibility of supply chain, then explores the social responsibility behavior of multinational corporation of the supply chain in China, noting that the current problems focus on the pollution transferring in supply chain, formalization of the management of social responsibility of the supply chain, the imbalance relationships between the supply chain, distortion of the results of mill inspection and lack of regulation in the management of social responsibility of multinational corporations. To deal with the problems, the article concludes with suggestions that multinational corporations in China should strengthen the management of supply chain of social responsibility： to bind the super market forces of MNC ; and establish a good balance among the supply chain; to play the positive role of the suppliers community who have the common economic interests; to perfect mechanisms of social responsibility of multinational corporations in China.
