金融危机对于我国成长中的中小企业尤为严峻。但正如温家宝总理所指出的，中小企业的发展在国民经济中具有举足轻重的作用——能够扩大就业、增加财政税收、提高国民收入。发展中小企业能够带动经济增长，夯实经济增长与收入分配良性互动所需的物质基础，从而缩小收入分配差距，推进社会和谐。
金融危機對于我國成長中的中小企業尤為嚴峻。但正如溫傢寶總理所指齣的，中小企業的髮展在國民經濟中具有舉足輕重的作用——能夠擴大就業、增加財政稅收、提高國民收入。髮展中小企業能夠帶動經濟增長，夯實經濟增長與收入分配良性互動所需的物質基礎，從而縮小收入分配差距，推進社會和諧。
금융위궤대우아국성장중적중소기업우위엄준。단정여온가보총리소지출적，중소기업적발전재국민경제중구유거족경중적작용——능구확대취업、증가재정세수、제고국민수입。발전중소기업능구대동경제증장，항실경제증장여수입분배량성호동소수적물질기출，종이축소수입분배차거，추진사회화해。
The financial crisis is even more severe for China＇s small-and-medium-sized enterprises （SME）. However, as Premier Wen Jiabao points out, the development of SME plays a decisive role in the national economy in the aspects of employment increase, fiscal levy increase and national income increase. The SME development can conduce to economic growth, and lay a solid material foundation for a benign interaction between economic growth and income distribution, so as to narrow the income distribution gap and promote social harmony.
