Since reform and opening up, the CPC has made some obvious achievements by making great efforts to strengthening the Party＇s style of work, but at the same time some issues have arisen, which need dealing with. The article analyzes the problems existing in the building of the Party＇s style of work and its reasons and makes a consideration of an effective path to promote the building of the Party＇s style of work with the spirits of reform and innovation.
